TUBE END SEALS:
Made of Teflon and are com-
patible with virtually all fluids
and heat resistant. High pre-
cision machining and seals
eliminate extrusion and pro-
vide positive leak tight seal.

BUSHING RETAINER:
Circular retainer permits ac-
cess to and removal of the
bushing without loosening tie
rods. (Some Rod/Bore re-
quire full face retainer. See
page 16 for details.)

HEAVY DUTY BUSHING:
The rod bushing is a precision
machined heavy wall bronze
one piece threadless design,
pilot fitted into the head on a
precision bored diameter en-
suring concentricity. The extra
long bushing provides maxi-
mum support, low friction and
maximum resistance to wear.

ROD SEAL:
U-Seal is made of high qual-
ity Urethane and is wear
compensating,
providing
long operating life. The seal
design and material charac-
teristics are able to withstand
pressure spikes and ensure
leak proof performance.

ROD WIPER:
Heavy Duty Double Lip Rod
Wiper, designed to protect
the piston rod, bushing and
rod seal is standard.

SAE ports are supplied as
standard. Oversized SAE,

CUSHION & BALL
CHECK ADJUSTMENT:
Located for convenient ad-
justment, the cushion and

range of settings.
